I’m a wife of one and mom of 4. I’m a doula, excessive coffee drinker, clown collector, Oregonian… and owner of some pretty serious PTSD.

I started transparently sharing my family’s journey through some significant struggles on TikTok. Our roller coaster includes SUD, behavioral challenges, severe mental health difficulties, adoption, and a whole bunch more.

I share because I can.

I know many families feel like they have to keep these struggles a secret- tucked away in a closet, while walking a very isolated road. I’ll continue to speak for all of us.
